Educational use
The articles, exercises and worksheets provide general information and prompts for adult reflection. They are not psychological assessments, a diagnosis, therapy, medical advice or a prediction of a relationship outcome. You choose what to use and may stop an exercise at any time.
The website and contact inbox are not monitored crisis services. Our Support page lists emotional support, relationship safety and care resources. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
Your entries
The current tools work in your browser. Saving a plan is optional. You are responsible for choosing a suitable device and protecting copies you save, download, print or share. See the privacy notice for storage and form details.
Content and personal copies
Original site content, graphics, design and code remain the property of their respective owners. You may share links and download or print Attachment Shift’s original worksheets for your own personal use. Keep their attribution and scope notes with the copy. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial adaptation requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law or an applicable license.
Material linked from another publisher has its own terms. Linking to a source does not grant permission to reproduce its assessment or guide.
External resources and commercial relationships
External services are responsible for their own content, availability, prices and privacy practices. Check the provider’s current terms before using a service or buying something. Our resources and affiliate disclosure explains how commercial relationships are identified.
This version of Attachment Shift does not offer an active paid guide checkout. If you have a question about a previous charge, contact us with the date and description. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials.
Appropriate use
Do not use the site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, impersonate someone in a form or use it to harass others. The permission to make a personal worksheet copy does not authorize bulk copying or republishing the site.
Newsletter requests
The optional newsletter form requests occasional Attachment Shift updates. It does not create an account or subscription to another project. You can withdraw the request using an existing valid unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Submitting an address again does not override an earlier unsubscribe preference.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content may contain errors, and tools or stored browser data may become unavailable. No particular emotional, health or relationship outcome is promised.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Attachment Shift and its creators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
